Sunday Poem By Anjali De Nandi, Mom

Though, yet

According to my clock It's morning. But, here is darkness. Fog covers my city. In winter season My dear city Is arising in late. But I open my gates lock As same as summer season. Though the Sun is according to it's rules Yet the Earth is not awaking. In front of my gate, Here is a bitch, with it's 3 puppies. All are under their mother's belly. Here is also a dog. All are not clearly visible for fog. I start my morning walk on the road. A black crow is calling. It sits on a signboard. On it, the nights road light is falling. Now a group of friends meet with me. Also they continue morning walk with me.
