The Rivulet That Flows Down...

The rivulet that flows down the dusky mountain – Is lonely but never has a complain.
Her flow is dappled by the rays of sun, Looking at her is so refreshing and fun.
Her thirst is quenched by the drops of rain, Everyone adores her time and again.
Her water is chilled by the balls of snow, Enhancing her beauty with the drifting floe.
The rivulet that flows down the dusky mountain – Is lonely but never has a complain.
With the arrival of scorching summer, She starts drying up forgetting her usual murmur.
The rainy season is then to follow, She broadens her flow which was earlier very narrow.
Temperature will drop down by the arrival of winter in future, Her pristine glory will remain embedded in the cusp of nature.
The rivulet that flows down the dusky mountain. Is lonely but never has a complain.
