Beneath the gulmohar trees My love bloomed for your scented Spring! I wished to send my love, lacked in a rose's hue, When we roamed in the valleys of snow. I thought I may whisper my love to you, When we blew around the country side, with the wintry wind. At summer noons, I flew around you without wings, My glances beckoned your blazing eyes to me. I tried breaking the windowpanes with my deepest sigh, And enter into the shrine of thy love under midnight moon. But the time got me caught, Imprisoned inside unspoken words, Thousands of tales are told by the beaches, and the silvery sands of brooks. Yet, I stand dump for your love made me numb.
