Sunday Poem By Rebecca Hait

To Thy Bleeding Heart
You can endure the actual aggravation
Of conceiving an offspring
Yet, Nestled into wrecking ball
Tears wetting the cushions
Mind reeling with the unwanted touches
That you encountered
In the most unremarkable circumstances
Make thy heart bleed.
Consistently you drain
Yet, the aggravation is passable
Yet, the words confronted
Is the thing that makes thy drain
In the most genuine structure
You face consumes in the kitchen
While making nourishment for the family
However, it never vacillates your grin
The mental torment you go through
In the family, consumes your heart
That makes thy heart bleed
You trust, supplicate even
To stop the agonies
You think the universe
Has turned its back to you
The society thinks
It can choke you out
Be that as it may, what the world doesn’t know is
You will become alive once again
The world doesn’t have the foggiest idea
Thy heart
Can bloom the most uncommon blossoms
That can flourish
Under any circumstances
