Simple Medicine

Seeds- Fruit- Bark – Root
Leaves – Flowers- Stems
Utilised to extricate the remedy
Each nation glorified
With peculiar spices & herbs
That is something magical about creation

Different foods
Digested at different speeds
Fast digested + Slow digested food =Traffic jam
in gut
Negative Digestive Consequence

Fruit putrefied in the upper tract
If consumed along with meals
End result -Acid Reflux
Ideal to eat
On empty stomach or Interim 2 meals

Now let me tell the medicine
To heal many diseases
Assurance given
Prefer 2 meals raw &1 meal boiled
60-70% of food throughout the day should be uncooked
So let us try when known

Our body system communicates
Hear the blood rush
Listen to the organs & their suffocation
Mute your thoughts , you can perceive

How can someone know your body needs?
When you are the discerner
How can someone feel the pain of your flesh & bones?
When you are the sufferer

Take care of your body
It is very innocent
It reacts in the way you act
No physician knows
What your body really needs
