An Ode to Scorn
The dots of the sunrays
Touching the earth feet,
Unfolded the lesson of eulogy!
Felt at the seventh heaven,
Ecstasy mounted,
Soul swelled up in unwonted happiness,
Haughtiness,
Delight of seriousness!
Time splitted,
Hours marked,
Days melted!
Changed the talk of the soul,
Rhythm of the limbs,
Moves of the tongue,
Love abated,
Reverence retreated,
Praise dwindled!
Truth dawned ,
Broken the illusions of the nocturnal glitz,
Gratitude lessened,
Unspoken silence scripted the moment!
Stepped back,
Marooned!
A twig in the sand dunes:
Forgotten,
Forever!!
