Synonym of Happiness is You

When my world was covered with
Darkness and I only see hatred and
Feel fear. You came to me as a breath
Of fresh air. You held my hand and kissed
My fear away. I was afraid to trust you
But you sang to me the song of victory and
Encouraged me to rise up and stand
Against iniquities. I listened, I breathed, I felt
Joy in my heart like never before. You have
Given me new life to smile, you have taught
Me to fly high and until I touch the sky.
You have made me happy and thrilled me
With every word you said. I am yours, now
There is no one to fear because you are near.
Darling, you are my happiness and I find
Peace just by seeing your countenance.
You are the answer to my prayers. You
Are my moon shining in the sky of my
Lonely heart. You are my refuge, in you
I take shelter. With you I am free and happy.
